A great way to find out what people really think is to conduct a Focus Groupa diverse group of people participating in a guided discussion about a product of service for the purpose of getting their opinions and feedback to discover your customers' opinions about your branding, messaging, and concepts. We even moderate taste testing! Similar to our Interview service, For Users' Sake conducts focus groups in person and online. The number of participants can range from 5 to 12 depending on your product. In addition to the moderator and support staff recording what participants are actually saying, we also observe body language and tone of voice to further question and probe for insights.

The Entrepreneur Centre recently worked with Kiersten to offer a workshop on survey creation. Kiersten was very knowledgeable in this area and how to get the best feedback from survey participants. Her presentation style was very engaging and included real life examples to better illustrate her point. Kiersten also worked with us to make sure participants got the most information they could out of the session. Thanks again!
